Savvy Cinderella – All About You
Today I saw one of my favourite brides, Zoe, who has been an absolute joy to work with, so much so, I am almost sad to see the wedding day arrive, as it means our time together has come to an end. She is such a lovely, serene bride, who is one of those lucky people who is as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. Her mum is really lovely too, so it isn’t hard to see where she gets it from, and I wish Zoe all the very best of luck for her wedding day, and her married life.
Zoe’s make-up has been done by Kay Allington, from All About You. It was perfect for her, she looked stunning, but natural, bridal and elegant, without being false. I was very impressed with how well her make-up had stayed, as she had a long car journey to get here, and still she looked picture perfect. Often make-up artist can make you look great for the photo’s but forget you have to meet your guests in person, and the make-up can be too heavy and flat. You don’t want to look like someone else on your wedding day, you want to look like you, only more fabulous than normal. Kay had got Zoe’s look absolutely right.
As usual, when I come across someone who I know is good, and I can recommend, then I do. So if you are looking for a make-up artist for your wedding day, then consider All About You, based in Sawbridgeworth. I have seen her work close up, in the flesh, and can highly recommend her.
Obviously it helps in the fact that Zoe is beautiful to start with, but the quality of the products used, and the skill in applying the make-up, as well as the careful consideration of colour is obvious too.
